Ahead of the May 29 inauguration, President Muhammadu Buhari on Friday conducted the President- elect, Bola Tinubu on a familiazation tour of the Presidential villa, Abuja.
The visit which came barely 72 hours before the transition of power saw President Buhari make a stop at the press gallery, the second time in eight years
President Buhari and Tinubu arrived at the Press Gallery at the shortly after observing the Jummat Prayers at the Aso Villa Mosque.
State Chief of Protocol, Lawal Kazaure told Tinubu as both men emerged from the waiting room of the Aso Chambers””This is the Gallery where you will be meeting members of the press,”
On Thursday, Vice President Yemi Osinbajo had taken Shettima on a tour of the VP Wing of the State House.
