Afrobeats Singer, Seun Kuti was on Tuesday granted bail by a Magistrate Court sitting in Lagos to the tune of one million naira with two sureties in like sum.
Presiding magistrate, Adeola Olatunbosun while granting the bail however denied Police request to detain the afrobeat singer for another 21-days.
The Prosecution said it needed 21 more days to allow it properly carryout investigation on the allegations of assault on a police officer preferred against the singer.
