A three storey building under construction has collapsed at the high brow area , Banana Island in Iloyi, Lagos state Wednesday evening,with scores of construction workers trapped.
According to the preliminary statement from the National Emergency management agency ( NEMA) ,the building is located on first avenue Banana Island. Some construction workers at the bullring were said to have been trapped under the rubble as others were said to have jumped from the top floors.
Some kids walking around when the building collapsed were unhurt as they narrowly escaped from the area.
