The Kaduna State Government has confirmed the Kidnapping of 10 students in Kachia Local Government Area.
According a statement from the office of the Kaduna state commissioner of Internal Security and Home Affairs, Samuel Aruwan, preliminary reports from security agencies revealed the kidnapping of about 10 students in Kachia LGA.
Preliminary reports have it that the students of Government Secondary School, Awon (a day secondary school) were kidnapped on Monday.
The report noted that the exact location of the incident was yet to be ascertained but detailed reports being awaited will clarify whether the incident occurred within the school premises or elsewhere.
