Justice Chukwujekwu Aneke of the Federal High Court sitting in Lagos Monday has barred INEC from using the Musliu Akinsanya ( aka MC Oluomo) led Lagos state Parks and Garrages Agency from distributing election materials in the state during the general election
Justice Aneke in an Interlocutory injunction restrained the Independent National Electoral Commission in Lagos state from engaging Musiliu Akinsanya aka MC Oluomo and his drivers to distribute 2023 election materials ,and personnel Lagos state.
Justice Aneke made the order sequel to a motion filed by counsel to labour party, Abass Arisekola Ibrahim in the suit marked FHC/L/CS/271/2023
