The Police have stepped-up safety with the heavy deployment of personnel to man the Abuja-Kaduna-Kano Expressway and Abuja-Jere-Kaduna road. The Inspector General of Police,Usman Alkali Baba, who was also on the spot assessment of the deployment said the action was informed by the commitment to ensure public safety across the country.
The IGP made the assertion on Sunday,10th April, 2022, while assessing the deployment of personnel along Abuja-Kaduna-Kano Expressway and Abua-Jere-Kaduna road in company of senior officers including the AIG in charge of FederalOperations, FHQ, Abuja, AIG Bala Ciroma, and DCP PMF FHQ, DCP Grema.
Force Acting Spokesman, CSP Muyiwa Adejobi said Such supervisory moves would be extended to other parts of the country as soon as possible
